1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReshmeInfo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

ReshmeInfo is a mobile application designed to assist silk farmers (sericulture practitioners) with:

• Real-time cocoon price information from various markets
• Weather-based silk caterpillar care suggestions
• Breeding information and best practices
• Educational content (images, videos, PDFs)
• Push notifications for price updates and weather alerts
• Admin panel for authorized market administrators

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReshmeInfo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Account and Admin Access

5.1 General Users

Most features of ReshmeInfo are available without creating an account. You can browse cocoon prices, view breeding information, and access educational content.

5.2 Admin Users

Certain features are restricted to authorized administrators who have been granted admin credentials. Admin users agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not share admin access with unauthorized persons
• Use admin features responsibly and accurately
• Update market prices and information truthfully
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You Agree To:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using admin features
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

6.2 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Manipulate price information or post false market data (admin users)
• Spam other users or send unsolicited notifications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

7. Content and Information

7.1 Accuracy of Information

Users should verify information independently and use their own judgment when making business or farming decisions.

7.2 User-Generated Content (Admin)

Admin users who contribute content (prices, notifications, educational materials) grant ReshmeInfo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content through the App.

7.3 Educational Content

Educational materials (images, videos, PDFs) are provided for informational purposes only. We do not own all content and will remove any copyrighted material upon request from the rights holder.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 App Ownership

ReshmeInfo, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by NextGenX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

ReshmeInfo integrates with third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Database, authentication, and cloud services
• Google AdMob: Advertising services
• Open-Meteo API: Weather data
• YouTube: Video content embedding

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

ReshmeInfo displays advertisements through Google AdMob. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for the advertisers' practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenX shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from reliance on price information
• Damages to silk farms or caterpillars resulting from care suggestions
• Losses due to inaccurate weather information
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of ReshmeInfo shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is currently zero, as the App is free).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NextGenX, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or post (admin users)

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of ReshmeInfo is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Posting false or misleading information (admin users)
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our services or users

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Push notifications
• Updates to this page with a new "Last Updated" date

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReshmeInfo shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation
3. Arbitration/Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or courts in Karnataka, India

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NextGenX regarding your use of ReshmeInfo and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
